Your prompt answer surprised me. I thought it would come one week later or never. It’s a nice beginning. But I still would like to ask a few questions before throwing my money out for your software.

Should I expect the software to be delivered in mail, or do I have to download it from somewhere? I use desktop in office and laptop at home. can I use the same license for both of my computers? What’s your refund policy? I would place my order immediately only if all my questions get positive answers.

Hello, you work really very hard. It’s appreciated that you understood my situation. I have to finish the project before flying overseas tonight.

The solution you suggested in last email is very close to fixing the problem now. With the fifth attempt, the converted video has no sync problem, audio is getting on track with pictures, but the last two minutes or so of video is quite blurry.

Any idea and suggestions? I’m waiting for your answer. Thank you in advance.

Thank you for offering me the discount rate for this already discounted software. Discounted, but high quality. So far Aura DVD Ripper works very well without any hassles. I’ve successfully converted two DVDs videos for my granddaughter’s iPod. She really enjoyed the videos when went out to the countryside. I’ve to teach her how to convert videos yet. Love the ready to use output profiles. It saves me the time I have to spend to specify tons of parameters with other products. The only thing confuses me is, why there is no dedicated profile for YouTube? I notice there is FLV output. But YouTube now supports more than FLV format. It supports HD videos in MP4 format. Would you add this in the future?

By the way, you’ve done a great job in developing these video programs, which are so easy to navigate. However, I think many of your products overlap with each other, for instance, Aura DVD Ripper and Aura DVD Ripper for iPod (for PSP, for Zune, etc.). Having the DVD ripper is enough, it has all the functions and features that the iPod, PSP and Zune apps have. But maybe that’s you marketing strategy, making people think that, wow, there are so many products just for a small amount of money. Am I right?

Great product, anyway. As soon as I get the license, I will start to work with the ripper program.

But I got one quick question for you: How can I download and convert YouTube videos for my N97 mobile phone. Can Aura DVD Ripper automatically complete the download and conversion at the same time? Thumbs up for Aura4You. I upgraded to Aura DVD Ripper from your free video converter so that I can rip DVD movies for my iPhone, in additional to converting MOV files form my Sony Camcorder to iPhone videos. It’s a little bit slow when convert MOV files, however the final results are fine.

Just want to let you know that the Aura4yYou is the best DVD video software bundle I've ever used and at half the price of most other competitors.

Will a future release of Aura DVD Ripper includes the ability to rip protected DVD? Secondly, when altering output video and audio parameters, it would be great if the program allowed me to save a custom profile rather than defining the same settings every time I try to output specific video format.
